Hello and welcome to Behind the Wood Veneer!



So here are the deets:
Who: It's me, Elle! I am a 30-something working on developing my creative habit. I live in the midwest with my soon-to-be-husband and our tiny dog, who is the light of my life.
What: A blog about my Project Life, obviously! I am totally open to exploring other topics (cooking, needle crafts, general life stuff) but let's start with something more manageable, shall we?
Where: Right here, folks!
When: Once a week, I plan to post my weekly layouts, describing what I used and how I put it together.
Why: And this is the important one! Since I started PL in 2015, I have scoured the internet, looking for ideas, inspiration, and simply a community to belong to. I have gained a lot from the community and I wanted to add to it, what little bit I could. This blog is my attempt to contribute- I hope you find it helpful! Or at least entertaining...
