dog squad

Hi! Today I'm sharing a page I made all about my doggles! We've been taking so many walks (it feels like that's all I do!) so I thought it appropriate to make a page about my little guy and girl. I'm a proud dog mom!

I struggled a bit with the color scheme of the layout, but that striped card from Kelly Purkey tied it all together. I also found this old hashtag wood veneer from a Studio Calico kit and it fit perfectly so I worked from there.

It's a little bit crazy that I don't have any dog-themed stamps considering how much I scrapbook my pets, but I do have doggy flairs from Feed Your Craft- those fit the bill! I added three to this page, which seems a little excessive (and bulky) but I didn't need much more embellishment.

This is a stamp from Kelly Purkey about adventures, which seems fitting since we're on a walk. I added a star wood veneer to tie in the wood #squad wood veneer.

On this last filler card, I added another wood veneer and another flair. I stamped the circle on plain paper and used a punch to cut it out and stuck it in the corner. I liked the sentiment and it toned down some of the brightness of the red.
