Summer Well Spent layout and process video

Hello! Today I'm sharing a process video for this 9x12 grid layout using Paper + Spool Simple Words flair badges and some acetate shapes. This layout is a summary of my summer and I used the badges as prompts for what happened this summer!

I love a grid layout and it was so lucky that the acetate squares matched the color of the flair badges so well! I pulled out a bunch of die cuts and sorted them into colors then attached them according to color, leaving room for journaling.

I considered doing this spread as a line from top to bottom, but I wanted to give the embellishments a little room to breathe and I do love a grid layout!
