Hello, everyone! Thanks for coming back for my Week 12 layout. This week, I used a ton of goodies from the Citrus Twist March kit Sonoma. Love this kit! Read on for more!

So, this layout started a little rough. Have you ever had a moment where you look at your supplies and you look at your pictures and you think "... how am I gonna make this work?!" That was me. The photos didn't match each other and didn't match the paper. And I wanted to use this stark black and white March card from Studio Calico, that didn't match anything! But I soldiered on, cutting and rearranging and embellishing, rinsing and repeating, until I came up with a result I liked.

Here is a closeup of the left side.

This is the card that didn't match anything. I decided to just roll with it. I added the sparkly alphas from the Citrus Twist kit with my week number instead of using my normal weekly card. The set also came with matching geotags and OMG LOVE THEM! Pink and glittery are not my favorite words but these are small so you get a little punch of color and shine! They are by Heidi Swapp. Here are the gold version. The package looks tiny but there are a lot of letters on there!

This little bunny was something that I wouldn't normally be drawn to, but it came in the February CT kit and I adore the graphic design of it, even if the cutesy bunny wasn't my thing. But it's Easter week, so I added it on the pretty patterned paper and I love how it came out! I did have to "ink" the edges to get it to stand out, but that little bit of work was well worth the effort. It stands out a lot better now!

The top left card also uses a die cut from the February CT kit. I loved it and was trying to find a place for it, so I decided it would *definitely* go on this page, as it matched the bright colors. The "little moments" and the house are both PinkFresh. I picked up the add-on kit for March and I always love having an embellishment that brings a little bit of texture to the page. I added a few of the enamel dot-ish stickers from the Studio Calico March kit that I had leftover from my other 2 layouts here and here.

This was a photo I took at a family member's house on Easter Sunday. I added the glitter alphas to the green vellum Pinkfresh alphas that came in the kit. I love how these work together, even if I can't seem to get the alphas on the page in a straight line!

These two cards are both made with the 6x6 paper from the kit (Maggie Holmes Bloom) with Pinkfresh die cuts. The cork is CT exclusive and I love these!

Here is a closeup of the left side. The four cards across the middle are made with Kellie Winnell's AM/PM digital stamp set that I wrote about here. It was super simple to add them with PicMonkey and they tie in these four photos, so it looks like a series. In reality, only 3 of the 4 were from the same "event." Beneath, I added some CT wood veneers with words on them. I tried to match the words to the digital stamp (ie "buying" with "shopping") but they didn't all match up and I'm totally fine with that. It's more about the design than the content for these!

I am so obsessed with plus signs as a design element so I knew I wanted to add this paper. It made it into two different pockets. The label is from the awesome CT exclusive cut apart with a CT exclusive stamps. I love their stamps! Sometimes I have trouble making stamps come out clearly, but CT always work awesome the first time and every time!

There is a super fun story behind the photo on the left. I actually won a Day in the Life mini kit from a contest on instagram! I haven't used it yet, but I never win anything so I was SUPER jazzed! (Also, stay tuned because I plan on paying it forward with a giveaway of my own. If you don't already follow me on instagram, come over and find me @hello_elle_wood!) The card on the right is another Pinkfresh die cut with some more awesome stamps from CT.

This is another CT cork piece and Pinkfresh die cut. I loved this die cut and was so happy to find a place to put it!

This is a 6x6 cut down to fit in a 4x6 pocket. I layered on some black and white washi, a Pinkfresh die cut quote and one of the cutaparts from the CT kit.

That's it for week twelve, I hope you liked it! Thanks for reading!
